This section contains a full copy of the NTAC ByLaws, Rules, Regulations & Policies, dated March 26, 2024.    

Motions listed below represent approved BRRP changes occurring after the last publishing date.  Motions, if not further revised are added to the next BRRP update.

All building or changes must be in accordance with the Architectural Building Committee (ABC), and NTAC ByLaws, Rules and Regulations, & Policies.  

This section contains current Guidelines and specifications.  Please ensure you read and recieve approval from the ABC PRIOR to starting work on any Lot, Villa, or House at NTAC.  

Please be sure you submit forms in a timely manner to help prevent any delays to planned work. This is particularly important during the summer when ABC Committee members may be traveling.
