Villas are metal, one or two story structures. Each villa includes a full length RV Bay, along with full 3 point hook ups. Villas vary in size from a covered pad, to those with small storage areas, to to those with garages, and some fully built out residences.
This villa is two stories and is on the second to the last lot on Avenue D. The lot to the north is an open lot with an Airstream and the lot to the south is an occupied villa.
Homes are brick and mortar with veneer located only on Avenues E & F. Each home includes RV parking and full hook ups.
This home is at the midpoint of Avenue F, facing West and includes a covered bay.
Lots are available throughout the park and range from grass, to gravel or concrete pads. Each lot includes full three point hook ups. Building on a lot must be in accordance with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), ByLaws, Rules, and Policies for NTAC; available on our website under Shareholder Resources .

When completing paperwork for NTAC membership, please ensure BOTH the Membership Agreement AND Membership Application are filled out and returned to the NTAC Office to start the membership process.
